Who are we?

‘Friends’ is a registered charity – we raise funds that enhance learning and play for every single child in the school.
We’re the Parent and Teacher Association (PTA).

What we do?

We lead fun events that bring our school community together and services that give parents and carers a hand.

Our events include discos, bingo nights, fairs, raffles, chocolate tombolas, fun pre-loved clothing events and
clothing recycling collections – to name just a few!

We help families get children kitted out while raising money for school with our fabulous uniform shop and costume hire services.
Our Eco Friends team work in many different ways to help the school be more sustainable, including with pop-ups / swap events
for things like Christmas jumpers, winter coats and sports day t-shirts and our kids party crockery hire.

The money we raise goes directly to benefit all the children, helping to fund:

• educational resources such as books and equipment
• activities, including school trips not included in the school budget
• an annual amount for every class teacher to buy what their class most needs
• play equipment such as climbing frames and projects in the school grounds

Parents/carers are automatically members of Friends! And there are many great ways you can help the school – some as simple as a few clicks online!
